Concert tickets: £10 or £6 for under 25s, low income
Workshop: £4 per participant (All children to be accompanied by an adult and we highly encourage adults to participate!).

Mambo Jambo – a joyous whirlwind of roots music!
A truly unique duo, performing their upbeat mash up of roots styles, with elements of roots, jazz, world and folk. Expect a joyous jamboree, featuring anything from bluegrass banjo, French accordion waltzes, Cuban ballads, some jump-jive sax, balkan clarinet, New Orleans grooves and their own composition.; A fabulous musical treat is in store wherever they roll up, their tour bus packed to the brim with instruments. Pete on guitar, banjo, vocals, accordion, Cuban tres, ukulele, and Frankie on sax, vocals, clarinet, flute, & between them all kinds of percussion including suitcase and spoons!
Pete and Frankie have appeared on various BBC Local Radio shows, MTV Asia, and have been gathering admirers at shows and festivals in the UK, Europe and internationally. They’ve played gigs in Havana, toured France, Ireland and Sweden, and festivals in Shetland, Borneo, France and Portugal.

MAmbo Jambo are freshly back form Carnival and a Flamenco Festival in Andalucia and would love to invite you to join them for this workshop! No experience needed, just enthusiasm/1
Together we’ll be making music: exploring Carnival sounds, playing percussion (provided), body percussion, singing & rapping, in a fun & relaxed atmosphere! Plus looking at FLamenco hand clapping and some moves! Recommended ages between 4 and 8 and their grown-ups. Lots of fun for all the family! (Each child/ group of children to be accompanied by an adult). “Thoroughly enjoyable and engaging”
