Musical Explorers Mambo Jambo are a truly unique duo, performing, as well as their own compositions, their upbeat mash-up of styles, with elements of roots, jazz, world and folk – on a fabulous array of instruments. Pete on guitar, banjo, vocals, accordion, Cuban tres, ukulele, and Frankie on sax, vocals, clarinet, flute, & between them all kinds of percussion including suitcase and spoons! A fabulous musical treat is in store wherever they roll up, their tour bus packed to the brim with instruments!

Pete and Frankie have appeared on various BBC Local Radio shows, BBC Look North, the BBC Symphony for Yorkshire and MTV Asia, and have been gathering admirers at shows and festivals the length and breadth of the country on their travels. They’ve played gigs in Havana, toured France, Ireland and Sweden, and festivals in Shetland, Borneo and Portugal.
